I create marriage ceremonies for modern day romantics.

What is a modern day romantic?

Those who know the love they feel is deep, but they don't always have the words. That's where I come in.

Sometimes, I also stay for the party.

My Approach

When planning my own wedding several years ago, I was inspired by the concept that marriage ceremonies could be so unique and tailored. It led me to become passionate about ceremony script writing and telling a couples' story in a way that ignites connection across an entire space.  

​​I am a Wife, a Mum to three small humans, an advocate for healthy relationships and an avid lover all things celebrations and milestones (champagne included).

I believe that all of life's rites of passage should be celebrated, and I aspire to help others to do just that, in a way that is authentically them. ​​​

Modern Day Romance

Couples that choose to work with Gathered by Shanda know that a wedding isn't just about having a lush party - they respect the union of marriage and know that the energy for the day starts at the ceremony.

But they also know that romance doesn't have to mean an overwhelm of awkward emotion - it can be as simple as morning coffee in bed and the jacket you forgot to bring.
